Job Summary:

As a Photographer/Videographer, you will be responsible for producing professional-quality photos and videos of residential and commercial properties. You will also create engaging content to support marketing campaigns and social media efforts, playing a key role in attracting potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture high-quality photographs and videos of properties, highlighting key features and selling points. Edit and enhance images and footage to meet company standards. Develop and create engaging visual content for marketing materials and social media platforms. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deadlines. Manage and maintain own photography and videography equipment. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in real estate visual marketing and content creation. Ensure all content accurately represents the properties and aligns with company branding guidelines.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of professional photography and videography experience in the real estate sector. Own professional-grade photography and videography equipment (camera, lenses, lighting, stabilizers, etc.). Strong portfolio demonstrating real estate photography, videography, and content creation. Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro). Excellent attention to detail and creative eye for composition and lighting. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams.
