About the Role

We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Photographer / Videographer & Video Editor to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience producing high-quality visual content--specifically for marketing residential and commercial real estate projects. This role combines content production, creative storytelling, and technical editing to bring property listings and brand campaigns to life.

Key Responsibilities

Photography & Videography

Capture high-quality photos and videos of residential and commercial properties, interiors, amenities, and community areas. Plan, shoot, and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns. Operate cameras, lighting setups, stabilizers, and other production equipment. Ensure all visual assets reflect brand guidelines and industry standards.
Video Editing & Post-Production

Edit property walkthrough videos, promo content, lifestyle clips, and social media assets. Apply color grading, motion graphics, transitions, and audio enhancements. Deliver final content optimized for multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, website, paid ads). Maintain an efficient archive of footage and project files.
Creative Contribution

Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives. Contribute creative ideas for improving content quality and brand presence. Stay updated on real estate content trends, especially in the UAE market.

We're looking for:

4-5 years of proven experience in photography, videography, and video editing. Strong portfolio showcasing real estate or commercial lifestyle content (real estate experience is a plus). Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop. Strong understanding of composition, lighting, framing, and visual storytelling. Ability to handle shoots independently--from planning to delivery. Knowledge of social media optimization for visual content. Must be UAE-based and able to work on-site. Valid UAE driving license is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with drone photography/videography (licensed operators preferred). Ability to storyboard and conceptualize marketing visuals. Familiarity with real estate marketing dynamics in the UAE. Strong communication and time-management skills.
