Key Responsibilities:
Photography:
Capture high-quality images of products, events, and other company-related activities.
Work closely with the marketing team to understand visual content needs and develop a consistent style that aligns with the brand identity.
Edit and retouch images to ensure they meet the desired aesthetic and quality standards.
Manage and organize a digital library of photographs for easy access and use in marketing materials.
Videography:
Plan, shoot, and edit videos that highlight products, behind-the-scenes processes, and promotional content.
Create video content for social media, website, and other digital platforms to engage customers and enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and scripts that align with the company's marketing objectives.
Ensure all video content is of the highest quality and delivered within set timelines.
Graphic Design:
Design static and digital creatives for social media posts, banners, posters, menus, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
Ensure all graphic content is consistent with the brand's tone, color palette, and visual identity.
Develop visually compelling layouts for both online and print formats.
Assist in the creation of packaging designs and other product-related visual elements.
Content Development:
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for visual content strategies.
Stay updated with the latest trends in photography, videography, design, and digital media to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
Support the marketing team in building visual assets for campaigns, advertisements, and promotions.
Equipment & Asset Management:
Maintain and manage photography, videography, and design tools/software.
Keep up-to-date with new equipment and techniques to continually improve the quality of work.
Project Management:
Handle multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and content quality is maintained.
Collaborate with internal departments to support their visual content requirements.
Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines and are optimized for the intended platform (print, web, social media, etc.).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Photography, Videography, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in professional photography, videography, and graphic design--preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in food photography, videography, and graphic design.
Excellent aesthetic judgment, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of brand alignment.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask across projects.
Knowledge of social media platforms and current trends in content design and engagement.
Preferred:
Experience with food styling and visual merchandising.
Familiarity with motion graphics or basic animation.
Prior experience working in an in-house marketing or creative team.
