Shoot high-quality images and videos of finished apartments, buildings (interior & exterior), and lifestyle scenes. Drone work when certified.
Produce video walkthroughs, promotional reels, Matterport / virtual tours.
Edit photos and videos for use on property portals, websites, social media, and marketing collateral.
Ensure photos have straight verticals, correct perspective, and proper exposure (especially windows in interiors).
Apply basic lighting techniques when needed (natural or artificial) to enhance interiors.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align content to brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
Work under deadlines and manage time efficiently to deliver final content on schedule.
Attend marketing & sales events to shoot photos/videos for content purposes.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
3 years
of experience as photographer/videographer/editor. Real estate development or property experience is a plus.
Proficient in
Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects
(or similar tools).
Strong creative portfolio showing interior, exterior, architectural, lifestyle, drone work (if applicable).
Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, perspective, editing.
Graphic design experience for marketing and social media is an advantage.
UAE driving license preferred.
Must be currently in UAE and able to join immediately.
