Photographer - Product and Event Photography Dubai - Retail Industry
Role Summary
Apparel Group is hiring a skilled Photographer in Dubai to lead high-quality product and event photo shoots both in-studio and on location. This role focuses on executing visually compelling imagery that meets brand standards across product, campaign, and event photography. The ideal candidate is experienced with lighting setups, DSLR/mirrorless camera systems, and has a creative eye for styling and composition.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute photo shoots for e-commerce, branding campaigns, and events
• Set up and adjust lighting rigs and camera settings to ensure consistent, professional results
• Prepare props, backdrops, and equipment for each shoot according to shooting manuals
• Work closely with the Studio Manager and marketing team to align on visual storytelling goals
• Maintain organized image archives and manage daily file deliveries
• Ensure image quality during editing by working with retouchers on exposure, color accuracy, and contrast
• Use Capture One, Lightroom, or similar tools to support in-camera color and light adjustments
• Contribute to creative concept discussions and bring fresh visual ideas to campaign shoots
• Stay updated on the latest trends in photography and lighting techniques
• Occasionally shoot and edit short videos for social media or product storytelling (preferred but not required)

Ideal Profile

• Proficient with DSLR or mirrorless camera systems and studio lighting setups
• Skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, with familiarity in Capture One or equivalent
• Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for composition, color, and styling
• Experience with product photography, fashion campaigns, or retail visuals
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and adjust quickly to changing shoot requirements
• Basic video production skills are an added advantage
