Job Description
Required SkillsBachelor's degree in photography, Visual Arts, or related field.Proven experience in event photography and photo editing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in capturing live performances and creating visually compelling imagery.Proficiency in professional photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or Capture One, with advanced retouching and post-processing skills.Excellent understanding of photographic principles, including composition, exposure, and lighting techniques, with the ability to adapt to different shooting conditions and environments.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and effectively communicate creative ideas and feedback.Attention to detail and a keen eye for capturing decisive moments and emotional connections in live performance photography.
