Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the social media platforms including instagram, facebook etc.
Photograph our cakes with an understanding of lighting, angles, and other techniques to showcase them in the best possible way.
Cover company events, capturing the essence, emotion, and story of the occasion and communicate through the media platforms.
Edit and retouch photos and post the same on our social media platforms along with suitable contents.
Stay updated with the latest photography trends and technology along with the social media trends.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand specific photography needs and deliver accordingly.
Provide input on visual representation and content to be presented to the customers.
Manage complete control over our social media accounts.
Monitor, respond to, and engage with our audience across social media channels, fostering positive relationships and addressing any concerns.
Analyze and track social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed to improve results.
Stay up-to-date on social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our strategies remain competitive and effective
Identify and leverage opportunities for collaboration with influencers and other partners to expand our reach.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a photographer/videographer & social media content creator; a focus on social platforms is preferred.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of content created - please provide a link or attachment with your application.
Proficiency in social media management.
Technical understanding of photography/videography elements (e.g., lighting, composition).
Detail-oriented with an artistic eye.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with photography equipment.
Writing, editing, publishing and engaging content for various social networks, including Facebook, and Instagram.
Optimizing social media posts (language, tone, and message) based on our target audience\'s behaviors.
Selecting appealing images and videos to complement text.
Completing writing projects, meeting deadlines and following content requirements in terms of style and project specifications.
Helping create style guides or suggesting changes to ensure content is consistent and clear.
Conducting research on any given topic.
Identifying gaps in content and recommending new topics.
Editing content to ensure voice, grammar and style is on point.
Creating and scheduling posts for multiple social media channels.
Staying up to date on industry trends to support content development.
Distilling complex concepts and language into content that is easily understood.
