Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-obsessed

Image Retoucher

to join our creative team and elevate the visual quality of our content. You'll be working on high-end fashion, beauty, luxury, and lifestyle campaigns--responsible for refining and perfecting visuals that meet the highest industry standards. From skin retouching and color grading to compositing and cleanup, your role will be key in ensuring our visual output is flawless, premium, and brand-aligned.

This role requires technical precision, a strong sense of aesthetics, and the ability to work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

High-End Image Retouching:

Retouch raw images from fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and product shoots, ensuring a polished and natural final result that aligns with brand standards.

Color Correction & Grading:

Adjust tones, balance lighting, and enhance colors to match the desired mood, campaign tone, or platform requirements.

Skin & Detail Retouching:

Apply advanced skin retouching techniques, keeping textures intact while removing blemishes, distractions, or inconsistencies.

Compositing & Cleanup:

Perform background cleanup, object removal, compositing, and image manipulation as needed.

File Management & Delivery:

Ensure images are correctly named, organized, and delivered in multiple formats (web, print, social) while maintaining file integrity.

Collaboration with Creative Teams:

Work closely with the creative director, photographers, designers, and production team to understand the brief and deliver accordingly.

Quality Assurance:

Review final images meticulously and conduct internal checks to ensure consistency across series and campaigns.

Efficiency & Turnaround:

Work at speed without compromising quality, often across multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a professional retoucher, ideally within a studio or agency environment. Mastery of Adobe Photoshop and other relevant retouching software. Exceptional eye for detail, lighting, texture, and color. Proven ability to deliver consistent, high-end results across a range of image styles. Experience working with fashion, beauty, or luxury content is a strong advantage. Strong file organization and digital workflow management. Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
