Key Responsibilities:

Sales Calls

: Make outbound calls or respond to inbound calls to generate sales leads or close deals.

Product Knowledge

: Understand and explain the features, benefits, and pricing of products or services.

Customer Engagement

: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.

Sales Targets

: Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance goals set by the company.

Follow-Up

: Follow up on previous interactions, ensuring customers have everything they need to make a purchasing decision.

Customer Service

: Address customer concerns, handle objections, and resolve issues related to the product or service.

CRM Management
