To efficiently and accurately handle payments and receipts of Cash (L/cy – F/cy), clearing & collection cheques, drafts & banker’s cheque and transfer cheques. Ensure adherence to Banks policies, ethics and code of conduct through ITM system which available in Phone Banking.
Job Responsibilities:
Attended all customers Video Calls & fulfilling their requests
Handling all customer enquiries, video calls via Interactive teller machine ( ITM)
Cross Sell products vis Interactive teller Machine
Keep the interactive teller machine balanced during shift
Handling customer’ requests through interactive teller machine (ITM) financial and non-financial transactions
Outbound calls if it requires
Non-call related responsibilities.
Answer calls and respond to customer emails
Handles customer inquiries both telephonically or by email
Managing and resolve customer complaints
Provide customers with the product and service information
Activate debit and credit cards
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Document all call information according to standard operating procedure
Promptly answering the calls.
Adhering to the business eligibility and professional standards
Updating the existing customer’s information in the data log.
To provide high quality service to customers
To educate customers to use different channels
Process customer s transaction requests.
Identifying customers request.
Performing and executing the transactions
Applying banks approved standard operating procedure.
Adhering to CBO guidelines in terms of KYC, IML…etc.
Controls & Reporting
To process cash transactions (deposits and withdrawals) local and foreign currency
To accept, and process all type of clearing / collection cheques / post-dated cheques
To balance cash on daily basis

Be a good team player and improve multi-functional skills by taking initiative to learn other desk duties

Knowledge and Skills:
Good written and oral communication skills in English and preferably Arabic
Good computer skills and customer care skills
Cash Handling experience
Preferably Arabic and English bilingual
Ability to detect unusual transactions (money laundering, forgeries, etc.)
Initiative and drive to achieve set targets and service standards
Judgment required in prioritizing tasks and acting on the same
Judgment required to ensure that controls are maintained at all stages of transaction processing
Avoid any error ,mistakes which may result in financial losses
Educate and demonstrate the usage of cheaper channels such as ATM and Call Centre.
