Job Summary: Looking for a Phone Line Agent in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Required to attend to and settle customer queries promptly at all times
- Direct customer issues to the relevant units using defined escalation channels
- Record all customer interactions using approved software and escalate unresolved issues to the manager
- Inform customers on new services available
- Collect and prepare appropriate daily, weekly as well as monthly activity and performance reports
- Participate in team meetings as well as training as required by the management
- Carry out any other related task as may be required
- The applicant should hold any business related Degree or Diploma
- Practical experience in the same or similar position required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills required
- Must have a positive attitude and polite in nature
- Must be computer literate
- Should be presentable and good looking
- Excellent customer service skills required
