Job Summary: Looking for a Phone Line Agent in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Required to attend to and settle customer queries promptly at all times
  • Direct customer issues to the relevant units using defined escalation channels
  • Record all customer interactions using approved software and escalate unresolved issues to the manager
  • Inform customers on new services available
  • Collect and prepare appropriate daily, weekly as well as monthly activity and performance reports
  • Participate in team meetings as well as training as required by the management
  • Carry out any other related task as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • The applicant should hold any business related Degree or Diploma
  • Practical experience in the same or similar position required
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Must have a positive attitude and polite in nature
  • Must be computer literate
  • Should be presentable and good looking
  • Excellent customer service skills required
