Pharmacy Sales Representative ( Dubai & Abu Dhabi)

Job Description
We are looking for an energetic pharmaceutical sales representative to promote our portfolio of products ( Baby food) that are advancing the modern medical landscape. As a member of our sales team, the representative will develop relationships with existing and prospective clients and engage them in learning more about our product suite. The ideal candidate should be excited to learn more about pharmacology and motivated to read the latest research and journal articles about our specialties. Objectives of this role
- Meet sales targets and increase sales figures year over year
- Develop strong relationships with healthcare providers and their staff members and earn their repeat business
- Increase the number of accounts across an assigned territory
- Shape our brand positioning and messaging in a way that\xe2\x80\x99s consistent with marketing strategy
- Learn about the competitor market and consistently rise above through exemplary customer service and sales tactics
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients within various healthcare organizations and practices
- Meet with current and prospective clients to identify their needs and present new/relevant products
- Reach or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
- Log client contacts, meetings/calls, and sales conversations in the appropriate database
- One or more years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
- Working knowledge of pharmacology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to upholding our company\xe2\x80\x99s ethical standards
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems
- Network of contacts at local healthcare organizations
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Pharmacy Sales Rep: 2 years (Required)
- English/Arabic (Required)
