We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven

Pharmacist Executive

to oversee and coordinate pharmaceutical operations, regulatory compliance, and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will combine technical pharmacy knowledge with administrative and operational capabilities to support efficient healthcare delivery and pharmaceutical governance.

Key Responsibilities

Pharmaceutical Operations Oversight

: Supervise daily pharmacy functions, including prescription processing, medication dispensing, and compliance checks.

Regulatory Compliance

: Ensure all pharmacy practices adhere to local regulatory standards, licensing requirements, and organizational policies.

Inventory & Procurement Coordination

: Monitor and manage drug inventory, liaise with procurement teams to maintain optimal stock levels, and track supply timelines.

Documentation & Audits

: Maintain comprehensive records of controlled substances, batch tracking, and audit documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations.

Quality Control

: Implement and monitor quality assurance procedures for drug storage, handling, and distribution to prevent contamination, loss, or misuse.

Vendor & Supplier Liaison

: Communicate with pharmaceutical suppliers and manufacturers to ensure accurate order fulfillment and manage returns or discrepancies.

Team Supervision

: Guide pharmacy staff on best practices, conduct training as needed, and support efficient workflow and interdepartmental communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / Pharm.D)

Registered Pharmacist license from a recognized authority. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a pharmaceutical executive, operations, or supervisory role. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, supply chain processes, and quality management. Proficient in pharmacy and ERP/inventory software. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work collaboratively in a healthcare setting.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
