Resposibilities: Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitors. Stay updated on the latest developments in the healthcare industry. Product Knowledge: Thoroughly understand the medical products, equipment, or services being sold. Be able to explain their features, benefits, and applications to potential customers. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and administrators. Provide excellent customer service and support. Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through various methods, such as cold calling, networking, attending conferences, and utilizing online resources. Sales Quotas: Set and achieve sales targets and quotas. Monitor sales performance and take necessary actions to meet or exceed goals. Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the market and increase market share. This may involve pricing strategies, promotions, and discounts. Reporting: Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market research. Prepare regular reports for management. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments within the organization, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a coordinated approach to customer satisfaction. Requirements:

• 1-2 years quota carrying sales experience
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Driving License mandatory
