Duties and Responsibilities: Knowledge of international Pharma Markets including but not limited to (GCC, Africa, US, Asia, etc...) their regulatory requirements, and registration of Pharma /nutritional products with those targeted countries. Representing the company to major customers and professional associations within and outside UAE To source suitable distributors for pharmaceutical business within and outside UAE. Identify and Liaise with international distributors for the supply of Pharma products. Support the CEO in identifying international Pharma markets for potential business growth. Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions, and symposium circuits. Strategic forecast on developing sales, marketing, distribution, and compliance policies to meet local, regional and international requirements. Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage. Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback. Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients for establishing a strong business portfolio. Assess clients' needs and present suitable promoted products. Monthly reporting to the CEO, on the business flow, implementing strategies and action plans. Experience: Previous work experience as a Pharmaceutical Business Development Executive or Sales Representative for 5-7 Years within and outside UAE. Additional Skills: The candidate should possess outstanding communication in English. Excellent sales and negotiation skills. A proven track record of successful international sales. In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical databases, statistics and product lines. Excellent organizational and time management skills .
