Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Petshop Retail Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting products for their pets, provide expert advice on pet care, and ensure the store is organized and presentable.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide excellent customer service. Assist customers in selecting pet products, food, and accessories based on their pets' needs. Demonstrate product knowledge, including pet food, grooming products, and accessories. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store and product displays. Handle sales transactions accurately using the POS system. Keep track of inventory levels and inform management of low-stock items. Provide guidance on pet care, feeding, and general health as required. Support store promotions and marketing initiatives. Address customer queries and complaints professionally and promptly. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Requirements:

Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a pet shop or related industry. Knowledge of pets and pet care products is highly desirable. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented. Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Basic numeracy skills and familiarity with POS systems. Passion for animals and pets.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
