Job Purpose

To ensure safe and efficient operation of all electrical, mechanical, and control systems across petrol stations through regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems at fuel stations (dispensers, submersible pumps, lighting, panels, and control systems). Inspect and service equipment such as fuel dispensers, air compressors, level sensors, and automation panels. Troubleshoot faults in electrical circuits, PLC-based systems, and forecourt control units. Support calibration and testing of fuel dispensing and metering systems. Ensure all maintenance work complies with HSE and company standards. Maintain accurate records of service, repairs, and spare parts usage. Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency calls. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma / ITI

in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics.

3-6 years

of experience in

fuel station maintenance

or

Oil & Gas retail facilities.

Knowledge of dispenser systems (Wayne, Gilbarco, Tokheim, etc.) preferred. Familiar with electrical safety, explosion-proof systems, and PTW procedures. Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation.
