Pet Sanctuary Operations Manager
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees the daily functioning of a pet sanctuary, ensuring animal welfare, operational efficiency, staff and volunteer coordination, facility maintenance, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and support volunteers and interns.
- Support adoption, animal enrichment, donor engagement, and education or tours.
Qualifications:
- 4-10 years experience in animal care or sanctuary/shelter operations with strong leadership capabilities.
- Physically capable and passionate about animal welfare.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
