Operations Manager

to oversee our daily operations, improve efficiency, and lead our growing team.

Position Summary:

The

Operations Manager

is responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the facility, ensuring operational excellence, staff efficiency, and outstanding service to clients and their pets. This role requires a leader who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage both people and processes in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across all departments (daycare, boarding, grooming, reception, cleaning) Supervise, schedule, and train staff to ensure productivity and quality standards Develop and enforce operational policies and SOPs Monitor KPIs such as occupancy rates, staff performance, and customer satisfaction Ensure compliance with health, safety, and animal welfare standards Coordinate vendor and inventory management (e.g., supplies, food, cleaning products) Handle client escalations and ensure high levels of customer service Work closely with HR and management on hiring, onboarding, and team development Contribute to budgeting, cost control, and resource planning Report to the Head of Operations / Owner / General Manager on performance and improvement areas

Requirements:

Proven experience (3-5 years) in operations management, ideally in hospitality, service, or pet care Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities Proficient with scheduling, POS, or CRM systems Passion for animals and a commitment to high standards of care Flexible availability (including weekends or holidays as needed)

Preferred:

Experience in the pet care, veterinary, or animal services industry Certifications in animal handling, pet CPR, or first aid Knowledge of UAE labor and health regulations (if based in UAE)

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
