Key Responsibilities
Perform professional grooming services including bathing, drying, brushing, trimming, clipping, and nail care.
Assess each pet's coat, skin condition, and grooming needs prior to starting the session.
Handle animals safely and gently to minimize stress and discomfort.
Maintain grooming tools, equipment, and grooming area cleanliness.
Communicate with pet owners regarding grooming preferences, coat condition, and aftercare recommendations.
Monitor animals' behavior and report any health or skin concerns to the supervisor or veterinarian.
Ensure compliance with UAE animal welfare and hygiene standards.
Maintain accurate grooming records and appointment notes.
Assist with inventory and ensure proper storage of grooming supplies.
Requirements
Diploma in Animal Care, Grooming Certification, or equivalent qualification (preferred).
Previous UAE experience in pet grooming or an animal care facility is an advantage.
Skilled in breed-specific cuts and handling different coat types.
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
Compassionate, patient, and committed to animal welfare.
