Job Title: Pest Control Team Leader

Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

Job Summary:

The Pest Control Team Leader oversees daily pest control operations, ensures all service activities are carried out safely and effectively, and supports team members in meeting company standards. The role includes planning schedules, supervising technicians, handling client concerns, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise pest control technicians during daily operations. Assign tasks, review service reports, and ensure all work meets company and regulatory standards. Conduct site inspections to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate treatment plans. Ensure proper use, storage, and handling of chemicals and equipment. Provide on-site guidance to the team and coordinate with the Operations Manager on schedules and job priorities. Train new technicians on procedures, safety protocols, and proper application techniques. Maintain accurate documentation including service reports, inspection findings, and chemical usage logs. Respond to client inquiries and complaints, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and professionally. Ensure the team follows health and safety guidelines at all times. Monitor inventory of chemicals, tools, and equipment and request replenishment when needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Proven experience in pest control, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or team leader role. Strong knowledge of pest control methods, chemicals, and safety practices. Ability to lead a team and manage daily schedules. Good communication and reporting skills. Physically fit and able to work in various indoor and outdoor environments. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
