We are looking experienced Pest Control Supervisor (Immediate Hiring)
JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Determine the type of treatment required to eliminate a particular type of pest and advise the technicians and customers on the kind of treatment required to eliminate identified pests.
• Inspect customers' premises to identify required measurement of the area in need of treatment pest problems.
• Fill out all necessary paper works as per the requirement of clients.
• Determine the type of treatment needed to eliminate pests
• Supervising the technicians to use suitable pesticides by following the label instructions and complying with safety procedures.
• Communicate with office staff in order to schedule services with customers.
• Ensuring that the teams have all the equipment and tools required to execute pest control works * Manage the team of site operations technicians
• Respond to customers' requests / queries for various pest control services.
• Sales / Marketing of Pest Control Services
• Verification of supplies consignments.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Dubai Municipality Identity Card for supervisor is mandatory.
• Completion of job in a timely manner.
• Bachelor's Degree in Biological/ Agriculture.
• Certified Supervisor/Engineer Proven work experience as a Pest Control Supervisor/Engineer or similar role.
• Ability to stand for an extended period of time work in uncomfortable environments.
• To understand and operate all equipment and chemicals.
• Knowledge about pest control and termite control activities are of premium consideration.
• Candidates must have knowledge about the preparation of reports for the service done. Must possess good customer service skills and be customer-focused
• Must have a managerial working skills
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi- read, speak and write.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
