Key Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Responsibilities include evaluating pest control situations by inspecting project sites, identifiying new infestations and determining their causes. 2. To suggest appropriate pest control materials, chemicals or treatments to eliminate pests from the infested area, after an agreement of cost is reached. 3. Controlling and verifying that pest control department are using the appropriate methods and machinery. The responsibility also includes determining whether the used products or goods meet the quality standards described by the manufacturer. 4. To conduct sufficient site visits for all the projects and ensuring that all QHSE procedures are practiced by all workers. 5. Studying all new tender\xe2\x80\x99s and preparing the required list of materials and prices. 6. Regularily meeting and guiding the pest control supervisor\xe2\x80\x99s and other staff at the projects locations. 7. Following and solving any problems or complains related to the pest control department. 8. Suggesting and Purchasing all chemical items for the pest control department. 9. Preparing actions plan for the project activities. 10. Training the staff and workers for the best use of pest control jobs. 11. Controlling land scaping projects and follow up. 12. Ensuring the safety and health of his team, client and environment, that can be effected by pest control activities. 13. Safety Committee Member with following duties: o Promote interest, enthusiasm, commitment and communicate health, safety & environmental issues throughout all staff and handled projects. o Supervise and maintain a tidy environment within the site and organized it in such way that the work can be carried out with minimal risk to Health & Safety including checks of safety Gadgets/PPE\xe2\x80\x99s. o Conduct and/or review health, safety & environment inspection within workplace. o Monitor accident/incidences and injury report. 14. Conduct other activities as described in the written HSE Program. Qualification: Must have at least a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in public health pest control, entomology, agricultural science, biology, zoology, agronomy or any relevant science. Holders of \xe2\x80\x9cpublic health pest control or pest management. Diploma\xe2\x80\x9d will also be accepted Certification: ADQCC Certified for Public Health Pest Control applicator (Supervisor) Experience Proper experience in public health pest control. Experience : 05 years work experience in Pest Control Management. Skills : Knowledge on supervision capability. Communication, planning and coordinating skills. Computer skill.
