As a sales Consultant with us, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with the right technical approach and use of our products range. : As a Pest management Solutions Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients in the industry. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling our range of pesticide products, Non chemical devices, repellants, equipment, Landscaping solutions, and PPEs while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards. This role involves building strong relationships with our partners to help them make informed technical decisions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. - Identify and develop new business solutions from our wide product range. - Understand clients\' unique needs and provide tailored pesticide solutions. 2. Product Knowledge: - Stay updated on the latest developments in pesticide technology and needs. - Provide in-depth product knowledge and technical support to clients. - Assist clients in selecting the most suitable pesticide products for their specific pest challenges. 3. Sales and Marketing: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. - Collaborate with sales manager to create promotional materials, offers and campaigns. 4. Training and Education: - Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on proper pesticide application techniques and safety procedures. - Keep clients informed about best practices for integrated pest management. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in agriculture, agronomy, or related field. - UAE Driving License - Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in pesticide sales or pest management consulting. - Strong knowledge of pesticides, equipment, and pest management application. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards. - Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
