Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Pest Control Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in pest control operations, proven project management experience, and the ability to handle client interactions professionally. The candidate should be capable of preparing accurate quotations, managing invoices, and ensuring compliance with UAE pest control standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and oversee pest control operations and services for various projects. Conduct site inspections, identify pest problems, and recommend effective solutions. Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and invoices for clients. Manage and supervise pest control projects to ensure timely and high-quality completion. Ensure compliance with UAE pest control regulations and health & safety standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Prepare detailed project reports, maintain service records, and provide regular updates to management. Coordinate with the team to ensure efficient service delivery and continuous improvement.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, Biology, or a related field. 5-6 years of proven experience in pest control within the UAE (mandatory). Valid UAE driving license. Strong knowledge of pest control methods, chemicals, and equipment approved in the UAE. Experience in preparing quotations, invoices, and project cost estimations. Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project execution. Strong communication, leadership, and client-handling skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of integrated pest management (IPM) practices. Familiarity with municipality regulations and approval processes in the UAE. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant software tools.

Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
