Job summary:

We are looking for a skilled and certified Pest Control Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and managing pest control programs, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and environmental protection.

Candidates must hold a valid ADQCC (Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council) Pest Control License.
Attestation of academic qualifications by UAE authorities will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement integrated pest management (IPM) programs tailored to specific client needs. Conduct site inspections to identify pest infestations, entry points, and conducive conditions. Determine appropriate treatment plans using safe and approved methods and materials. Supervise and train pest control technicians, ensuring best practices and safety standards. Maintain detailed records of treatments, chemicals used, and site conditions. Ensure compliance with UAE pest control regulations and environmental health standards. Provide technical advice and reports to clients and internal management. Stay updated on the latest pest control technologies and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

ADQCC Pest Control License - Mandatory (Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council). Degree or Diploma in Entomology, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field. UAE-attested degree certificates are a plus. Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in pest control operations. Strong knowledge of pest control chemicals, equipment, and application techniques. Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. UAE driving license preferred.
