Duties and Responsibilities:
Personal Trainers play a key role in guiding clients toward achieving their fitness goals through safe and effective training methods. Main duties and responsibilities include:
Creating personalized workout routines to improve muscular endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular health.
Setting fitness goals and monitoring clients' progress through regular assessments and feedback.
Recommending qualified nutritionists or dietitians for tailored dietary guidance.
Producing and following structured training programs that align with clients' abilities and objectives.
Instructing clients on the proper and safe use of gym equipment to prevent injury and maximize performance.
Providing motivation, accountability, and consistent coaching to enhance client engagement.
Maintaining a professional, positive, and supportive attitude to foster client satisfaction and retention.
Staying updated with the latest fitness techniques, wellness trends, and exercise science principles.
