Job Description

As a Personal Trainer, you'll be the go-to expert for helping our members move better, get stronger, and feel great. You'll deliver tailored 1:1 sessions and ongoing support to help clients hit their goals. We're looking for team players with energy, empathy, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, safe and engaging personal training sessions Build and manage a solid client base through consultations, trial sessions, and referrals Maintain accurate training records and client progress tracking Support members with lifestyle, recovery, and nutrition advice (within your scope) Actively promote PT services and take part in gym floor engagement Lead or assist with small group training where required Keep the gym floor clean, tidy, and motivating at all times Collaborate with other departments to ensure an exceptional member experience Attend team meetings, workshops, and development sessions

Requirements

Certified Personal Trainer through a recognised training provider (e.g. REPs, CIMSPA, Active IQ) Degree in Exercise Science, Sports Science, Kinesiology or a related field is preferred Strong understanding of anatomy, exercise physiology, and basic nutrition principles Confident communicator with excellent people skills Able to motivate, support and challenge clients to reach their goals Comfortable adapting training programmes for a wide range of fitness levels and needs Reliable, punctual and professional at all times Able to work both independently and as part of a team Previous experience in a gym or personal training environment is an advantage

Desirable

Experience working in a high-volume gym or premium fitness environment Confidence in using gym management or booking systems Additional skills in mobility, nutrition coaching, or group fitness
