We are seeking a highly creative, organized, and discreet Personal Social Media Account Manager to manage and grow a personal brand across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content strategy, daily account management, audience engagement, and brand positioning, ensuring a consistent and professional online presence aligned with personal and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Content & Strategy
Develop and execute a tailored social media strategy aligned with personal branding goals
Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content (posts, stories, reels, short videos, captions)
Maintain a consistent tone, visual identity, and messaging across all platforms
Stay up to date with trends, algorithms, and platform best practices
Account Management
Manage daily operations of social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.)
Monitor performance analytics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations
Optimize posting times, hashtags, keywords, and captions to maximize reach and engagement
Community & Engagement
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Build and nurture an engaged and authentic online community
Monitor mentions, tags, and brand-related conversations
Brand Image & Reputation
Protect and enhance personal brand reputation online
Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, or PR teams when required
Collaboration & Growth
Identify collaboration opportunities with influencers, brands, and partners
Support campaigns, launches, events, and personal milestones through social media
Provide creative ideas to continuously grow visibility and authority
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience managing personal brands or executive-level social media accounts
Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content trends
Excellent written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and branding
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and manage sensitive information professionally
Preferred Skills
Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
Experience with paid ads and audience growth strategies
Background in branding, marketing, PR, or communications
