About the Role
THAT Concept Store, a part of Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle, is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Personal Shopper to establish and grow a portfolio of high-end clients. The role requires a strong passion for luxury fashion, outstanding sales abilities, and the ability to curate personalized shopping experiences for elite customers. The ideal candidate will enhance brand loyalty and contribute to achieving sales targets while ensuring a premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and retain top-tier customers, achieving monthly customer acquisition targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth clients to strengthen brand and personal loyalty.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations to drive purchasing decisions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets across various fashion and lifestyle categories.
- Develop and implement creative selling strategies to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with Buying, Planning, and Digital Merchandising teams to stay informed about upcoming stock availability.
- Provide high-level support to resolve VIP customer concerns and ensure exceptional service.
- Utilize networking strategies to expand and maintain an exclusive client base.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Fashion, Retail, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of luxury retail experience, including at least 3 years as a Personal Shopper or Stylist.
- Strong personal network and an existing client book of high-end shoppers.
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
