We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive, high-level administrative, organisational, and personal support directly to our CEO. This is a high-trust, high-leverage position designed to serve as a proactive partner, gatekeeper, and autonomous problem-solver, enabling the Principal to focus entirely on strategic priorities.
The successful candidate will demonstrate absolute discretion, exceptional organizational skills, and the capacity to manage complex, dynamic professional and personal affairs with flawless execution.
Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this role are strategic in nature, transcending routine clerical tasks :
Strategic Calendar and Time Management:
Proactively manage a complex, global schedule, including coordinating multi-stakeholder meetings, optimizing the CEO's time blocks for deep work, and acting as the primary gatekeeper for access.
Advanced Communication Management:
Serve as the CEO's communication buffer, drafting and triaging sensitive emails, managing correspondence, and handling external stakeholder follow-ups with superior written and verbal acuity.
Complex Travel Coordination:
Organise and manage all executive travel, including complex international itineraries, detailed logistics, creating contingency plans, and managing real-time travel disruptions. The Secretary will be needed to accompany the CEO on all travels.
Confidential Documentation and Analysis:
Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and executive briefings, and manage highly confidential documents, files, and contracts with absolute integrity.
Financial and Project Oversight:
Handle expense reporting, budget tracking, and process oversight for recurring workflows and special projects.
Technological Leverage:
Utilize advanced digital tools, including AI-powered solutions, to automate routine tasks, analyse data quickly, and enhance overall workflow efficiency.
Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum two (2) years of direct, hands-on experience in an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant role supporting a C-level executive or high-net-worth individual.
Language Proficiency (Mandatory):
Absolute professional fluency (written and spoken) in
English

Arabic

Educational Profile:
A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Communications, Arts & Humanities) is highly preferred, demonstrating strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Technical Mastery:
Expert proficiency in the full suite of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs), along with experience using modern remote tools (Zoom, Concur, secure cloud storage), and AI.
Commitment & Flexibility:
Demonstrated capacity for full dedication to the role, with exceptional flexibility and adaptability to manage the executive's dynamic schedule, including handling urgent matters outside of standard business hours when necessary.
