dynamic, self-driven, and result-oriented Personal Loan Sales Officers
to join our growing team.Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell personal loan products to new and existing customers. Achieve monthly sales targets through field and tele-sales activities. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate referrals. Identify customer needs and provide suitable banking solutions. Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of sales experience in the UAE banking/finance sector
(Personal Loans preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. Freshers withhome country banking sales experience
are also welcome. Must be currently based in the UAE.What We Offer:
