Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and goal-oriented
Personal Loan Relationship Officers
to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have priorsales or financial experience in their home country
and a strong understanding of retail loan products, particularlypersonal loans
.Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell personal loan products to potential customers. Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, referrals, and field visits. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Provide accurate information on products, terms, and application procedures. Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met. Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan application process.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
sales, banking, or financial services
in home country (mandatory). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Target-driven with a passion for sales and client engagement. Basic knowledge of loan products and the financial industry. Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.Eligibility:
Only candidates from Asian nationalities
Must have relevant experience in the home country.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
