Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell

personal loan products

from top-tier UAE banks Source leads via

cold calling

,

field sales

, and

referral networks

Conduct

client assessments

to recommend ideal loan options Ensure complete documentation and follow-up until

loan disbursal

Meet and exceed

monthly loan targets

and performance KPIs Maintain excellent

customer service

and build long-term client relationships Stay informed on

UAE Central Bank regulations

and loan policies

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of UAE or home country experience

in

personal loan sales

,

retail banking

, or

financial product sales

Strong knowledge of

DSR calculations

,

loan eligibility

, and

banking procedures

Excellent

verbal communication

and client-handling skills Target-driven personality with the ability to

close deals

Must be

currently residing in the UAE

Immediate joiners are highly preferred
