Job Description

Personalized hair care to the Principal/s. Must be able to do a range of hairstyles, fully understand hair products and be able to apply best methods to keep hair in the best health. Will be in charge of cutting, styling and treating hair. Must be able to use a wide range of hair care equipment.

JOB LOCATION: FUJAIRAH, UAE

Qualification & Experience:

5 + years of experience as a Hairdresser. Additional skills in Beauty industry or Barbering are a plus. Hair dressing apprenticeship mandatory.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Must be familiar with advanced use of specialized salon equipment. Able to recommend best salon equipment, products and accessories. Stay informed of the latest trends and advancements in hair styling techniques, while ensuring that all styles align with the family's preferences and cultural values. Demonstrate expertise in working with a variety of hair textures and types. Provide expert guidance on premium hair care products and routines, recommending high-quality solutions to maintaining healthy hair conditions. Uphold a highly private and discreet work environment, always safeguarding the family's confidentiality and privacy. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sterilization, and organization for all hairstyling tools and equipment, ensuring the proper upkeep of high-end tools such as professional shears, clippers, blow dryers, straighteners, curlers, and hair treatment devices. Utilize specialized tools and techniques for intricate styling, including but not limited to hot tools, hair extensions, scalp massagers, and precision cutting tools to meet the family's unique styling needs. Work flexibly with extended hours, accommodating the family's schedule for hairstyling services as required, whether for last-minute events, photoshoots, or travel engagements. Accompany the family as needed, offering hairstyling services for any events, photoshoots, and other engagements, ensuring they always look impeccable. Collaborate with other members of the household staff, to ensure seamless preparation and presentation for special occasions. Ensure all tools and equipment are sanitized and in perfect working order before every use, maintaining a sterile environment to ensure the family's health and safety. Confidently manage multiple hairstyling tasks simultaneously, prioritizing the needs of different family members and ensuring each is given meticulous attention to detail.
