Sales Executives - Personal Loan

to join our financial services team. If you have

a minimum of 1 year of experience in personal loan sales within the UAE

, and you're passionate about exceeding targets, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell

personal loan products

to eligible customers across various sectors. Generate new leads via cold calling, field visits, and customer referrals. Assess client needs and match them with the right financial product. Meet or exceed assigned monthly

sales targets and KPIs

. Ensure accurate and complete documentation as per compliance standards. Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term growth.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in personal loan sales

or related financial products in the UAE. Solid knowledge of loan eligibility, documentation, and banking procedures. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated individual. Must be currently based in the UAE and ready for immediate onboarding.
