Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Personal Content Assistant to join our team and support our Personal Content Manager in creating engaging and compelling content across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in copywriting, video editing, and experience working on social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter. As a Personal Content Assistant, you will play a crucial role in crafting and editing content that resonates with our clients target audience and helps build brand presence online. Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate closely with the Personal Content Manager to develop content strategies that align with our brand's voice and objectives. 2. Assist in creating original, high-quality content for various platforms including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter. 3. Write engaging and persuasive copy for social media posts, captions, blog articles, and other marketing materials. 4. Edit videos to create visually appealing and impactful content using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or anything similar. 5. Work with the Canva design platform to create visually appealing graphics and images to complement the content. 6. Research and stay up-to-date with current social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure content relevancy. 7. Monitor and analyse content performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimise future content. 8. Collaborate with the Personal Content Manager to brainstorm new content ideas and contribute innovative strategies to enhance content effectiveness. 9. Assist in managing and maintaining the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and publication of content across platforms. 10. Stay organised and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality. Requirements: 1. Proven experience in copywriting, content creation, and video editing, preferably within a social media or digital marketing environment or for yourself. 2. Proficiency in using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or other similar tools. 3. Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and target audiences. 4. Familiarity with social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and their respective best practices. 5. Experience using Canva or similar graphic design tools to create visually appealing graphics and images. 6. Understanding of content marketing principles and strategies. 7. Excellent attention to detail and ability to consistently deliver high-quality work. 8. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. 9. A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and think outside the box. 10. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
