Job description Personal Legal Assistant to the Managing Partner at Musaab Ali Al Naqbi Advocates and Legal Consultants(Candidate applying is preferred to be present in the UAE and having must experience in the middle east)Office located in Business Bay. Duties and Responsibilities Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

• Familiarity with legal procedures and financial services regulation UAE or comparable jurisdiction
• Coordination and follow up with various government departments.

Knowledge in various Laws and corporate affairs

• Schedule meetings; taking calls from clients in associates\' absence; presenting a
• professional and courteous image to clients and other outside parties
• Maintain Partners inboxes and electronically file e-mails and documents
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Dubai court
• Strong legal knowledge to provide competent secretarial and administrative support service for our Corporate partners, managers and associates, to ensure the smooth running of their assigned work group and department.

Can join immediately Requirements Bachelors and Masters in LLB rom a recognized university
At least 3 years+ of experience as a Personal Legal Assistant in middle east or GCC countries in the law firm.
Good communication skills and command over English Language
Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols
At least 3 years+ of experience as a Personal Legal Assistant in middle east or GCC countries.
Ability to confidentially talk to clients of all levels
A proactive and \'can do\' attitude whilst thinking outside the box
Have analytical and evaluative skills
