The Banking Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling the bank's financial products and services, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, providing suitable banking solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while complying with banking regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell banking products such as savings and current accounts, loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment products
Identify and approach potential customers through referrals, walk-ins, calls, and outreach activities
Understand customer financial needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Explain product features, benefits, terms, and conditions clearly and accurately
Ensure all sales activities comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
Handle basic customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams for service delivery
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
Previous experience in sales, banking, or financial services is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a persuasive and confident approach
Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
Basic knowledge of banking products and financial concepts
Good organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and basic banking systems

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
