Providential Property Management is looking for an experienced

Personal Assistant

to join our dynamic real estate team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and coordinate daily schedules, meetings, and appointments. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of management. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as requested. Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics. Organize and support events, meetings, and internal communications. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information. Perform general administrative and clerical duties as required.

Job Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong time management and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong sense of responsibility. Arabic and British nationality preferred. Ability to travel is preferred
