About the Client:
A highly respected group in the coffee sector, based in Abu Dhabi, known for its high-quality coffee brands, servicing both retail and luxury outlets across the region.
:
Serve as a primary point of contact for the Chairman on phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Prepare for meetings by gathering relevant documents, creating agendas, and ensuring that the Chairman is well-prepared
Responsible for organizing and maintaining the Chairman\'s files, documents, and records, both in physical and digital formats
Administrative duties such as managing expenses, processing invoices, and handling other administrative tasks to support the Chairman\'s daily activities
Act as liaison between the Chairman and other staff members, departments, and external stakeholders.
