Write articles or speech materials on behalf of the BOD\xe2\x80\x99s
Follow-up with departments and send status updates on specific tasks
Prepare presentation and materials required for executive meetings
Collecting and delivering documents for the BOD\xe2\x80\x99s
Run personal errands for the BOD\xe2\x80\x99s
Review documents and arrange for signature
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as required
Support Marketing and social media initiative on behalf of the executives
Support Binghatti Group and its subsidiary and its department on behalf of the executives\xe2\x80\x99 requirements
Entire administrative task/support when needed
Academic & Trades Qualifications Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Supply Management, Scheduling, Microsoft Office Skills, Organization, Time Management, Presentation Skills, Equipment Maintenance, Travel Logistics, Verbal Communication Education Requirements Graduate/Diploma in Administrative course/any discipline; additional qualification as personal assistant would be considered an advantage Working Experience & Skills
Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant, senior executive assistant or in other secretarial position
Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Proficiency in English
Exemplary planning and time management skills
Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
High level verbal and written communications skills
