Manage the GM's calendar, appointments, and daily schedules.
Prepare and circulate meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
Communication & Coordination
Act as the first point of contact between the GM and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Screen phone calls, emails, and requests, ensuring timely responses.
Travel & Logistics
Arrange travel bookings, hotel reservations, visas, and transportation.
Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure smooth execution of travel plans.
Meetings & Events
Organize board meetings, management meetings, and company events.
Ensure proper setup, documentation, and logistics for all executive engagements.
Task & Project Follow-Up
Track important deadlines and remind the GM of pending tasks.
Support in preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals.
Assist in managing special projects as assigned by the GM.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant role.
Excellent command of
English
(Arabic is an advantage).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
and scheduling tools.
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
