Job description We are looking for a personal assistant to support a successful businesswoman. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to handle various administrative tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the businesswoman\'s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls on her behalf.
  • Organizing and maintaining records, documents, and files.
  • Assisting in coordinating meetings and business events.
  • Conducting research and providing relevant information as needed.
  • Assisting with personal tasks and errands.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is an additional advantage.
