Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
Help manage the CEO's daily schedule and appointments.
Coordinate meetings, reminders, and follow-ups.
Handle basic email communication and document preparation.
Assist in travel planning and other arrangements.
Office & Admin Tasks:
Maintain records and organize files.
Follow up with internal teams as needed.
Support in preparing reports or simple presentations.
Telesales Support:
Make outbound calls to potential clients.
Follow up with leads and schedule meetings.
Help with telesales campaigns for listed properties.
Keep records updated in the CRM system
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience as a personal or executive assistant.
Prior experience in telesales (preferably in real estate).
Good communication skills in English.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Familiarity with property portals or CRMs is a plus.
