We are looking for an amazing and organized Personal Assistant to support our CEO on complex tasks What you will do
Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondences
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
Make travel arrangements and arrange visas issuance
Take minutes of meetings and follow up on completion of tasks
Produce reports, presentations and briefs
Devise and maintain office filing system
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
Possess a degree in PR/Communication/Marketing and/or have experience working in PR & Communications company is a must
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
MS Office and English proficiency
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
