Job Description



We are looking for a

reliable and proactive Personal Assistant

to support the CEO of a fast-growing food manufacturing and trading company based in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day administrative, coordination, and operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and effective time management for the CEO.

Key Responsibilities



Manage daily schedules, appointments, and reminders for the CEO Assist with office coordination, follow-ups, and documentation Handle emails, phone calls, and basic correspondence Support coordination with staff, suppliers, and external partners Assist with basic reporting, data entry, and record keeping Accompany the CEO for meetings or work-related tasks when required Handle miscellaneous personal and professional tasks as assigned

Requirements



Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)

Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Admin Assistant preferred Good communication skills in English (spoken & written) Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask and work independently Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, email) Presentable, trustworthy, and professional attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
