We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to the CEO to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and serves as the right hand to the CEO in driving the company's mission forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and day-to-day schedule.
Prepare meeting briefs, presentations, and follow-up notes to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
Handle confidential documents, communications, and business information with discretion and professionalism.
Coordinate company operations, project timelines, and ensure deadlines are met.
Support with report preparation.
Represent the CEO in communications when necessary and maintain strong relationships across departments and partners.
Assist with personal and administrative tasks to optimize the CEO's efficiency and focus.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience as personal assistant in UAE
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Experience in real estate or related field is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Work Schedule : Monday to Saturday/9AM - 6PM
