Responsibilities:
Provide full administrative support to the CEO
Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handle calls, emails, and confidential correspondence
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
Assist with personal errands and ad-hoc tasks as required
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and partners
Ensure smooth daily operations for the CEO
Requirements:
Chinese National (mandatory)
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably to senior executives or CEOs
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills (Mandarin & English preferred)
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Proficient in MS Office and digital communication tools
