Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Manage and organize the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
Attend meetings and take minutes when required
Organize and maintain office filing systems and records
Perform general administrative tasks and personal errands as needed
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Discretion and confidentiality are essential
